The Nelson Bay Volunteer Support Group are a team of like minded people who recognise?the value and vital need of the rescue helicopter service which is available, free of charge, to all residents and visitors alike in our region.?

This service operates from Coffs harbour in the north, Moree in the North West and Gosford in the South.? This encompasses the Hunter region and all of Port Stephens.

Funding for this service comes from cost recovery provided by the NSW Health Dept., Corporate Sponsorship, donations, payroll deductions & volunteer support groups' fundraising events.
