ANYTIME. Each listing includes, amongst other things, a short and long description to help promote your business and tell prospective customers more about what you. See Getting

I don't know what my UserID / password is? How do I login.
If you are currently listed in the directory and you don't have a User ID or Password then just contact
us with your your Name, Business Name,
Phone Number and E-mail address. You can
do this via the Contact
Us Page. We will send you your login
credentials which allows you to modify
your free listing or you can choose to upgrade to
a GOLD membership. If you have forgotten your User ID or password but have entered in your e-mail address previously then try the Password Help Page to retrieve the information.
This is all new to me, how do I edit my listing?
1) Login to MyPortStephens using your User
ID and Password.
2) You will see your listing title displayed. Click
on the
button next to it.
3) A summary
now appears with your listing details and statistics.
You can also upgrade from this page and
if you have a Gold memberships you can also upload a Banner, Images,
Documents and Products and change you category.
4) Next, click on the
button so you can edit and add information to the listing.
5) Here is
where you can modify your details, add a description,
change your address, put in a contact name or
e-mail address.(so customers can e-mail you directly
from your listing).
6) When you are finished
editing just click the submit button at the bottom.
Your listing is immediately updated for all to
see.
I want to change category.
How can I do this?
Free memberships can put themselves
only in 1 category while Gold Memberships are allowed
5 categories. You can easily
change the category
by following the procedure below.
1) Perform steps 1 through 3 above in
"How do I edit my listing?"
2) Click the link "Edit Categories".
3) If your category limit is used then you must delete a category before adding another one.
4) Select a new category from the list and click the"Add Category" button.
You put
a lot of emphasis on adding a description. How
can I add one?
Descriptions can REALLY enhance
your listing and draw attention to yourself.
All this increases the chance of customers
contacting you. Here is the procedure to
add a description.
1) Log in using your User ID and Password.
2) Click on the Button, then the
button. Here is where you can modify all the information
to do with your listing.
3) Find where the "Short Description" and
"Description" boxes are. Type
in what ever you like here. The number of
characters will count down indicating how
many are left for you to use (The number
depends on the type of membership).
4) Click on "Submit" at the bottom of the
page to finalise your
change.

Why
Should I upgrade my Membership?
There are many reasons why a GOLD membership would benefit you. The
main reason is that it will give you the
best possible chance of being contacted
by your customers. It's a fact that people
will first contact business that are
(a) higher up on a list and (b) have a
logo or graphic that makes them stand out.

How
do I upload a logo?
Once upgraded to either a
Gold membership you can add a Logo. If
no logo is uploaded then a plain "No
Logo" image is displayed. The procedure
to upload you logo is as follows; 1) Log
in to your account using your User ID
and Password.
2) Click on the "View / Edit"
button on your listing. Then the "Edit" Button.
3) At the bottom
of this page there is an area where you
can select your logo image from your computer
and upload it. Note: The image must be
no more than 30000 Bytes (30KB). The
dimensions of the image must not exceed
120 x 120 pixels.
4)
If you need help in creating or uploading
logos or images then just contact us via
the main menu.
How
do I upload images?
Once upgraded a
Gold membership you can add images to your listing. Images can be photos of your products, your business or work you have already completed (ie Portfolio). Up to 5 photos can be added.
1) Log
in to your account using your User ID
and Password.
2) Click on the "View / Edit" button on your listing. 3) Click on the "Edit Images" link. 4) Fill in the form and "Browse" to the image you want to upload. (A limit of 300 pixels X 300 pixels and 30 Kilobytes apply for each image). 5)Click the "Add" button to add the image for all to see.
How
do I upload documents?
Once upgraded to a Gold membership you can add documents to your listing. Documents can be MS Word, Adobe PDF, or plain text files. Examples could be Brochures, Coupons, Order Forms, Product Descriptions or Contracts. Up to 5 documents can be added.
1) Log in to your account using your User ID and Password.
2) Click on the "View / Edit" button on your listing.
3) Click on the "Edit Documents" link.
4) Fill in the form and "Browse" to the document you want to upload. (A limit of 200 Kilobytes apply for each document).
5)Click the "Add" button to add the document for all to see.
What
is a banner and how can I upload one?
A banner is an image that will randomly
appear on the right side of each page while people are viewing the website. It's
extra advertising for you and is included
with a paid Gold listings.To upload a banner;
1) Log in to your account using your User ID and Password.
2) Click on the "View / Edit" button on your listing.
3) Click on the "Edit Banners " link.
4) "Browse" to the Banner image and upload it. (A limit of 140 pixels X 140 pixels and 30 Kilobytes apply).
5)Click the "Submit" button to add the banner to the system. (Contact us from the main menu for help with any uploading tasks)
I
want to delete my business from this website?
No Problem. You can login to your account
using your User ID and Password. There is
a "Delete" button which you can
use. The listing will be gone from the directory
immediately. You can also Click
Here to fill out the form and
we will delete it for you.
I see a business that's no longer operating?
It's hard for us to keep track of all businesses
that have gone out of business. That's why
we need your help. If you know of such a
business then just Click
Here or click the "Report
a Business No Longer Operating" link on every listing. Just fill out
the form and hit the "Send"
button.
I've noticed some descriptions have formatting.
How can I get this?
Formatting in your description can really
add pizzazz to your description. You can
use Bold, Underline, or Italic. Changing
the font size and colour is as simple as
MS Word. You can even draw a line across
the page for extra emphasis. Formatting
is only available to Gold Memberships. To
