Our aim is to alleviate patients’ symptoms but also prevent their recurrence by addressing the underlying musculoskeletal cause. We do this using “hands-on” manual treatment, electrotherapy, dry needling, taping, extensive education and specific exercise programs as appropriate. Patients also have the opportunity to participate in our individualised Physiotherapy-based Clinical Pilates ranging from private sessions to small classes.
